Their Northern Europe operation is experiencing significant growth, and they are now hiring a Senior National Account Manager to help lead commercial strategy across retail customers in the Netherlands, Baltics, and broader Northern Europe. The role: Senior National Account Manager As a key member of the commercial team, reporting directly to the European Senior Commercial Director , you’ll take ownership of retail channel growth across the region. Manage and grow existing retail accounts while developing new business opportunities across top grocery chains in the Netherlands, Baltics, and beyond. Take full P&L ownership and lead the commercial agenda on key accounts, ranging from major Dutch supermarkets to regional and international retail groups. Work cross-functionally with logistics, category, and marketing teams to execute promotional activities, launches, and pricing strategies. Represent the brand at leading European trade fairs and exhibitions, deepening retailer engagement and exploring innovation-led partnerships. Approx. 70% account management / 30% new business development, ideal for someone who thrives on both nurturing relationships and opening doors. Ideal candidate: Proven track record in a Senior KAM / NAM / BDM role within fresh produce or chilled FMCG, managing top-tier grocery retailers. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of European retail landscapes (experience with customers like Albert Heijn, Jumbo, Lidl, Carrefour, REWE, or similar would-be a plus). Ability to drive commercial strategy with autonomy and impact. Fluent in Dutch and English (German is a bonus). Experience managing P&Ls and building joint business plans in a structured, international organisation.
