Commercial Innovation & Improvement Manager (Commercial Product Owner) Your role: Interfood is looking for a Product Owner Commercial to develop, improve and optimize its sales and go-to-market processes. As our new Product Owner, you: Are responsible for day-to-day management/improvements/maintenance of commercial digital innovations. Responsible for the products end-to-end, you coordinate content prioritization & dependencies , according to the strategy & roadmap. Identify and develop global improvement opportunities , making our processes and tools more effective and robust. Actively communicate, train and roll out improvements to all stakeholders. You are a team player and act as a sparring partner for our commercial and technology teams. Implement plan-do-check-act processes with clear KPIs and insights. You use data to realize change and assess the adoption and usage. Get inspired by best practices, leading the change to make Interfood better. Ensure your personal growth and development through (external) courses and trainings Your profile: At least Bachelor or equivalent with emphasis in data, finance, supply chain management, or economics. At least 5 years of (international) work experience, in a commercial (improvement) role . Ability to conceptually and strategically think and execute operational tasks. Team player and effective communicator that can work closely together with other teams. Knowledge of digital products . Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices . Ability to adapt fast in a rapidly changing environment. Experience with Agile Scrum Experience with product management tools like JIRA, Monday or Azure DevOps.
