Red Bear bridges the gap between client needs and construction needs to ensure a successful end product. Role Description This is a full-time Estimator remote role and can be based out of locations within Ireland, England or the Netherlands. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project specifications and blueprints, preparing accurate cost estimates, collaborating with construction teams, and ensuring projects stay within budget constraints. Qualifications Strong analytical and mathematical skills Proficiency in construction estimating software Knowledge of construction methods and materials Ability to interpret project specifications and blueprints Excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience in the data center industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Salary Circa € 70,000 per annum
