Estimator Roofing & Cladding We are currently looking for a detailed-driven Estimator to join our clients highly experienced team and help deliver high-quality industrial and commercial roofing and cladding projects across the UK. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and timely quotations and tenders for roofing and cladding works Interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and site information to calculate material, labour, and plant requirements Liaise with suppliers to secure competitive prices and ensure timely procurement Identify and raise technical queries or discrepancies with project information Ensure all tenders comply with current Health & Safety legislation and industry standards Review specifications to ensure full compatibility with the project scope Provide clear pricing handovers and support to Contracts and Project Management teams Attend site visits for surveys, measurements, or technical clarification Requirements: Previous estimating experience in roofing and cladding (industrial/commercial) Strong knowledge of systems such as standing seam, composite panels, built-up systems, and rainscreen cladding Ability to read and take off from technical drawings and specifications Familiarity with Health & Safety (including CDM Regulations) Experience using estimating software packages Strong communication and numeracy skills What on Offer: Opportunity to work on a variety of exciting roofing and cladding projects Supportive team and structured handover process Ongoing training and professional development Competitive salary and package based on experience Click apply below and we will be in touch to discuss further.
