Heron Bros Ltd Building A Better Future Closing Date Friday 11th July 2025 Job Title BIM Co-ordinator Qualifications: Construction Design or Architectural Engineering or Technical Design related discipline (min HND) - essential MSc Building Information Modelling Project Management or related discipline - desirable Experience: At least 3 years experience gained working in the construction industry (can include placement period) Skills: Confident dealing with clients, subcontractors and site teams Excellent communicator Strong IT skills and working experience on a range of IT packages Excellent analytical, decision making and organisational skills Proven ability to work on several projects simultaneously and manage deadlines Current valid UK driving licence Location: Head Office Draperstown with travel to site locations (NI) Salary: commensurate with experience Other Benefits: including free gym, health insurance, excellent training and development opportunities, excellent annual and flexible holiday allowance
