Contracts Manager Contracts Manager opportunity working with a medium sized main contractor in London who specialises in delivering new build and refurb hotel, commercial and heritage projects. This is a very attractive role for an experienced contracts manager to work for a main contractor who has a steady pipeline of work in London and home counties for delivering projects between £30 - £100million across various sectors with repeat clients. The ideal Contracts Manager The ideal Contracts Manager will have a proven track record in new build concrete frame delivery. It would be beneficial for this Contracts manager to come from an Engineering background and to have worked with a main contractor before and be able to deliver a project from start to finish. Contracts manager Responsibilities This contracts manager will be responsible for delivering a new hotel scheme from pre-con through to the delivery. Hotel is located in the heart of London. Managing a project team below and responsible for the client and ensuring the project is on track with a project manager reporting into you. Identifying needs and supplementing them, tracking the programme, cost and profitability. This is a brand new project for a contracts manager to lead from pre-con in and there will be some other smaller jobs to work across also.
