Financial Controller

A luxury hotel group is seeking a Financial Controller to lead the financial operations related to construction and development projects in the English Caribbean. This strategic position is key to ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence in the execution of high-impact infrastructure initiatives within a world-class hotel environment. Main Responsibilities • Ensure accurate accounting of construction investments. • Develop and manage cash flows and fund projections. • Supervise administrative and inventory areas. • Lead the monthly financial reporting process. • Coordinate contract management and signings. • Lead financial teams both on-site and remotely. • Reconcile supplier accounts, including international imports. • Foster relationships with government and private sector entities. • Supervise audit processes and ensure regulatory compliance. • Collaborate on tax filings and the management of fiscal exemptions (when applicable).
