Product Manager

Job Summary Responsible for the development, growth and positioning of the divisions' portfolio, devising, analyzing and implementing the best strategy for the territories. Job Description Responsibilities: Identify and develop new products and manage each stage of the process through take to market. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and promotional programs for existing products to include product strategy development, pricing strategy and brand management. Interact with internal stakeholders (Logistics, Demand Planning, Sales, Services, among others) in relation to the execution of the strategy. Reach/exceed financial goals. Be an enhancer and facilitator of the sales team by creating and innovating strategies and tactics to achieve the results of the assigned division. Increase market penetration and market share of assigned divisions New product launches Travel with sales force to support efforts to convert customers to purchase Medline products. Provide timely follow up to sales forces by answering product questions via e-mail and phone. Required Experience: Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. Work Experience 3-5 years of experience in marketing and product management in the Medical Devices industry. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Experience negotiating with outside vendors and internal resources. Experience collecting and analyzing financial data. Willing to travel up to 50% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state). Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Office Advanced proficiency in English (oral and written).
