Payroll Specialist

1.Supplier Payroll Settlement Management （1）Review payroll reports from Maquila suppliers (including wages, overtime, social security, and tax deductions) to ensure alignment with contract terms (e.g., unit pricing, working hours, service scope). （2）Address discrepancies or disputes (e.g., data errors, contract amendments) and coordinate with the finance team to complete payments. 2.Cross-Department Collaboration （1）Audit front-end attendance data submitted by business units and suppliers (e.g., headcount, working hours, overtime records), and request corrections from suppliers. （2）Collaborate with the finance team to provide data support for settlements and track payment status. （3）Coordinate with suppliers to resolve settlement disputes (e.g., unit price adjustments, service scope revisions). 3.Process Optimization & Risk Management （1）Identify inefficiencies in settlement and attendance workflows (e.g., redundant checks, manual errors) and propose automation tools or standardized templates. （2）Monitor supplier compliance risks and suggest improvements.
