We are currently looking for a: Senior SAP Solutions Leader Location: Mexico City Work model: Hybrid (depending on the project) If you have experience leading SAP projects from the functional side, can speak the technical language to coordinate with development teams (without coding yourself), and want to be part of a forward-thinking company, this opportunity is for you. What You’ll Be Doing Lead the functional evolution of the SAP platform in close collaboration with business units Design scalable, robust solutions aligned with strategic goals Coordinate with internal technical teams and external vendors to ensure delivery quality Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and smart technology use Take part in key projects such as SAP S/4HANA migration and optimization initiatives Who We’re Looking For 3 to 5 years of experience leading SAP functional projects (FI, MM, SD, HCM, etc.) Strong technical understanding to validate ABAP developments (no coding required) Experience managing internal teams and external providers (outsourcing) Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field (degree required) Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA migration and optimization Desirable: experience with SAP Cloud and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) What We Offer Competitive base salary Attractive year-end bonus Paid vacation and vacation bonus above the legal minimum Grocery vouchers Major medical insurance Professional stability and career growth within a global company with a strong human and tech focus At ManpowerGroup, we believe talent comes in all forms.
