Chief Accountant Project information: Industry: Manufacturing Type of project: Accountancy Location: Raszyn, hybrid working model Languages: Polish & English Type of employment: long-term contract of employment Remuneration: 18000 - 20000 PLN gross Responsibilities: Oversee daily financial operations and ensure regulatory compliance Book purchase invoices and monitor company expenses Manage month-end closings Prepare and submit VAT declarations accurately and on time Organize accounting processes per local laws and corporate policies Prepare monthly management reports and annual financial statements (statutory & IFRS) Manage financial audits and provide reports to company headquarters Develop, monitor, and update the annual budget; manage cash flow and banking relationships Oversee credit control, receivables collection, and risk cases Perform additional duties to support smooth business operations and development Identify and develop process automation initiatives Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as an Chief Accountant, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and IFRS Excellent command of English (written and spoken) We offer: Full-time job agreement based on employment contract Flexible working hours 1 day of home office per week Benefit package Private medical care Financial bonus Development opportunities
