6 Months Contract Senior Executive, HRBP (Healthcare) HZT Singapore | Posted: Dec 10, 2024 Leverage on the various recruitment channels to source and hire quality candidates to meet the manpower needs of the current and new healthcare facilities. Work with HR Shared Services on the end-to-end on/off-boarding process for new hires and resignees. Provide HR Admin support as follows: Work with Uniform vendor to raise access for new hires and ensure uniform allocation is reflected correctly for the new hires. Process the monthly allowance disbursement for those on a pre-service sponsorship programme. Arrange pre-employment medical examinations for interns as well as to process interns’ monthly allowance. Timely submission of funding claims to MOH. Maintain and update training records for all existing employees. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably in human resources. At least 1-2 years of relevant HR working experience. Experience in large corporations and healthcare will be an added advantage. Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently within assigned job scope. Strong problem-solving skills.
