Key Account Manager

Working with high-value clients across the coastal region, the successful candidate will lead strategic engagement efforts, drive retention and growth, and represent the business as a trusted advisor across various industries and events. Key Duties: Manage and grow a portfolio of platinum-tier key accounts Lead contract negotiations and develop tailored solutions for client needs Conduct quarterly business reviews and steerco meetings with decision-makers Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to implement client strategies Represent the business at industry events, presentations, and networking functions Drive sales pipeline growth, monitor performance, and identify upsell opportunities Prepare client reports, monitor market trends, and assess competitor activity Identify risks to business relationships and implement mitigation strategies Key Requirements: A Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Sales or Marketing Minimum 7 years experience in a B2B sales or key account management role Proven track record in client retention, new business development, and strategic sales execution Strong commercial acumen and understanding of customer segmentation and value proposition Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify trends and business opportunities Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and engage with high-level stakeholders EE Disclaimer: All positions will be filled in accordance with the company's Employment Equity plan.
