Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a hands-on Agile Transformation Lead with deep experience in Capital Markets and Investment Banking environments. This role is not for a traditional Scrum Master or Agile trainer—it requires a strategic doer who can roll up their sleeves and deliver frameworks, structures, and execution plans that drive real impact. You will partner directly with senior business and technology leaders to implement practical, fit-for-purpose Agile practices that enable transformation across Global Markets , Investment Banking , and Technology Delivery —with a focus on AI, client onboarding, enablement , and front-line controls . Key Responsibilities: Lead Agile implementation across Capital Markets and Investment Banking teams in a pragmatic , delivery-focused manner Partner with stakeholders (Claudia, Ram, and others) to build Agile frameworks , structure operating models, and define delivery processes Translate high-level strategy into actionable plans, guiding requirement gathering and delivery enablement Develop high-impact presentations, roadmaps, and communication materials for senior audiences Help build out a scalable Agile delivery model tailored for small-shop execution (not large-enterprise COE style) Enable adoption of Agile within AI and tech delivery initiatives , especially around client onboarding and front-office controls Coach and mentor delivery teams through action , not just training—be a hands-on problem solver Required Skills & Experience: Experience in Agile transformation and delivery Deep understanding of Capital Markets , Global Markets , and Investment Banking operating environments Experience leading Agile change within technology-driven initiatives (AI/ML projects is a strong plus) Comfortable working in lean, nimble environments —ideally with prior exposure to small teams or growing shops Strong communicator—able to confidently shape, present, and defend Agile structures and rollout plans to senior executives Proven ability to deliver (not just coach): frameworks, operating models, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes Experience in regulated environments and/or front-office control implementations is a plus Familiarity with Agile at scale (SAFe, Spotify model, etc.), with a practical, not purist , mindset Preferred Backgrounds: Consulting (e.g., Accenture, Capco, ThoughtWorks, BCG Platinion) Financial services firms with Global Markets/IB divisions Former Product Owner / Agile Lead in Capital Markets Tech
