Any experience working with young people—whether through tutoring, mentoring, or classroom support—will be highly regarded. You’ll be a confident communicator, passionate about education, and ready to contribute to a school that values academic excellence and inclusion. A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in supporting young people are essential.
