Our client, a highly regarded construction consultancy based in Birmingham , is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile projects with a business that offers genuine flexible working and long-term career progression. The Senior Project Manager Role: As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of complex projects across the residential , education , housing association , and public sector sectors. You’ll manage the full project lifecycle, with a strong focus on Contract Administration under both JCT and NEC forms. Your experience will be key in managing both pre and post-contract stages , liaising with clients, and mentoring junior staff.
