Perm Facilities Operations Executive (Facilities Management) *WEST, Nursing Home* HZT Singapore | Posted: Oct 14, 2024 Responsibilities: Identify and perform necessary maintenance on buildings and facilities Conduct inspections periodically to evaluate the maintenance condition to identify necessary corrective actions Report any deficiencies as they occur and request emergency or routine service Oversee and manage the appointed contractors to ensure that they conform to the required standards Manage the process of contracts, raise Purchase Order (PO) and activate the renewal when due Responsible for administrative duties, including developing and maintaining operating procedures, verifying invoices, monitoring expenses, and assisting in budget exercise Oversee fire safety measures in the nursing home Participate and support work process improvement and technology enhancement projects Manage and supervise a team of operations assistants inclusive of recruitment, discipline and performance appraisal Ensure that the facilities team is in compliance with workplace safety standards Ensure management of the outsource vendor schedules servicing in a timely manner and submits a service report to MOHH iham before the timeline Other duties as assigned Requirements: Min Diploma/Degree in Business/Building/Facilities Management/Engineering or equivalent with 3 years relevant experience, of which 1 year in a supervisory role Familiar with government agency (MOH, NEA, BCA, SCDF) Regulations Good in report writing Able to respond fast on emergency matters after office hours Possess experience in project management and budgeting Independent with a high level of organizational skill Able to work well under pressure and deliver within a tight timeline Team player with excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills Interested candidates, kindly send a copy of your resume to: jessicafong@recruitexpress.com.sg Jessica Fong Zhi Tong [R1879124] Email Address: jessicafong@recruitexpress.com.sg Recruit Express Pte Ltd EA Licence No: 99C4599 J-18808-Ljbffr
