This is a high-profile development requiring strong leadership and technical expertise in concrete building structures. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily site operations, ensuring progress meets programme and quality expectations. Coordinate subcontractors, site staff, and material deliveries efficiently. Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean and secure site environment. Manage site documentation, reporting, and quality assurance procedures. Liaise with engineers, architects, and clients to resolve technical issues. Monitor progress and productivity against budget and schedule. Requirements: Minimum 810 years experience as a Site Agent, with strong concrete building structure background. Proven track record managing large structural concrete projects. Relevant construction qualification (ND/BTech/BSc in Construction Management or Civil Engineering). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of construction drawings, setting out, and formwork systems. Health & Safety compliance experience essential. Own transport and valid drivers licence
