Technical Sales Manager – IMMO Solutions | Europe Responsibility (m/w/d)

What You’ll Do Own and drive sales of Autel’s IMMO (immobilizer) product line across a defined European region. Build and maintain a strong B2B dealer network for IMMO solutions. Develop and manage key customer relationships with a focus on growth and long-term value. Deliver product demos, customer training, and technical support to drive product adoption and satisfaction. Identify new opportunities, gather market intelligence, and provide customer feedback to improve our product offering. Support and contribute to go-to-market plans, technical promotions, and participation in key trade shows and industry events. Work closely with internal teams (tech, product, and marketing) to align market needs and sales execution. You Are An experienced technical sales or BD manager with 3 years in the automotive aftermarket, particularly in IMMO systems. Skilled in managing dealer networks and developing regional sales strategies. Technically proficient in immobilizer technologies and applications across multiple vehicle brands. Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus). A confident communicator, problem-solver, and proactive team player. Comfortable traveling across Europe to engage partners and clients on-site. Strongly Preferred Knowledge of European automotive electronics distribution networks. Experience with workshop-level technologies and diagnostic ecosystems. Previous role in a high-growth, tech-oriented automotive environment.
