Customer Insights Analyst

Exciting opportunity to work with a Big4 Tech Company as a Business Analyst (Consumer Insights), based in London, UK! 5 months contract 100% onsite in the office based in London Key job responsibilities: • Support programming, QA, sampling and deployment tasks for surveys across multiple locales and languages • Partner with Research Managers and Operations managers across global panels to support translations tasks and processes • Evaluates and analyzes research scope, define project needs • Designs research approach and strategy, define milestones, timelines, and KPI • Documents end-to-end workflow, RACI, SOP, and SLA as required • Dives deep and analyzes data from various sources and iterate the mechanisms as needed • Identifies opportunities to make the workflow more efficient and recommends strategy for streamlining Basic qualifications: • Experience in deploying, programming and/or writing surveys • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 2 years of professional experience in the market research field Preferred qualifications: • Experience translating complex data sets into clear and compelling written narratives • Strong presentation skills specifically speaking about research methodologies and findings • Understanding of basic statistics • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, SPSS, Tableau
