Senior Customer Service Administrator

Proactive Personnel are recruiting for a Senior Customer Service Administrator to join our clients team in Telford, Shropshire. Our client is a global leader in their field, responsible for the designing, manufacturing and installations of bespoke manufacturing systems. Duties and Responsibilities: Handle all customer enquiries relating to spares and service, overseeing the entire process from initial contact to dispatch and invoicing Create and distribute tailored quotations for recommended system spare parts Proactively follow up on quotations to convert them into confirmed sales orders Coordinate both planned and reactive service visits and equipment installations worldwide, ensuring clear and timely communication with customers Making sure materials are available Arranging travel when required Completion and documentation of service reports Manage and prioritise incoming service requests to optimise efficiency and customer satisfaction Maintain well-organised and accurate customer records in both digital systems and physical files Prepare regular performance reports, including: Quotations issued vs. orders received Outstanding service jobs Engineer availability and usage Sales figures for spares and services (contracted and non-contracted) What you will need to succeed: 2 years working in a busy customer service administration position Advanced written and verbal communication skills Previous experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment Good working knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel and SAP Attention to detail and accuracy Advanced organisation skills Self-driven for continued learning and development Salary: £28,000 per annum DOE Interested?
