Job Description
Deputy Manager (Clinical) – Nursing Home Location: Didcot Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 per annum Contract Type: Full Time | Permanent A well-established and highly reputable care provider is currently seeking an experienced and committed Deputy Manager (Clinical) to support the management of their quality-driven nursing home in the Didcot area. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior nurse or clinical lead to progress their career within a supportive organisation that prioritises high standards of care, clinical excellence, and continuous professional development. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Home Manager with the effective day-to-day running of the service. Provide clinical leadership to nursing and care teams, ensuring high standards of person-centred care. Support with compliance, audits, care planning, and safeguarding in line with CQC requirements. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a positive and proactive care culture. Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, relatives, and external healthcare professionals. Candidate Requirements: Valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN). Previous experience in a similar senior role within a nursing home environment. Strong leadership and clinical skills.
