A fast-paced, global supplier of bespoke products for healthcare and airline industries is looking for a Sustainability Lead to own and drive the sustainability agenda across all business operations. This is a unique opportunity to step into a strategic, standalone role where you'll shape environmental strategy, influence product and procurement decisions, and help future-proof the business. What you’ll be doing: Build and implement a long-term sustainability roadmap and Net Zero strategy Oversee supplier sustainability performance and compliance Conduct Life Cycle Assessments and track carbon impact Ensure the business remains ahead of evolving ESG legislation Maintain ISO14001 accreditation and prepare for audits Provide data and input to support tender submissions Work across departments and with external stakeholders to embed best practices Represent the business during global supplier meetings and influence change What we’re looking for: 5 years’ experience in a sustainability role within manufacturing, product development, or supply chain Deep understanding of product lifecycle , manufacturing processes , and supplier engagement Proven experience managing Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions Knowledge of environmental legislation and compliance frameworks Strong communication and project management skills Confident working independently and influencing at all levels Experience using LCA tools and analysing sustainability data What’s on offer: Beautiful countryside office setting Discretionary performance-related bonus Private medical insurance, pension & life insurance Career progression in a business with genuine environmental ambition International travel opportunities Ready to shape the future of sustainability in a global business?
