Warehouse Operative - Back Shift

Connect Appointments are seeking additional Warehouse Operatives to join our Bathgate based logistics client. This is a temporary ongoing opportunity leading to fill-time permanent employment with our client. What's on offer: 30-hours per week Working 5 days over 7 - start times of 4pm Paid weekly at 14.68 to 18.35 per hour 14.68 between the hours of 4am and 10pm 18.35 between the hours of 10pm and 4am As an Warehouse Operative, your duties will include: Using headsets, barcodes and serial numbers to locate the correct items for shipment, ensuring inventory is managed accurately. Combined with: Safely picking items from shelves Packaging completed orders Completing necessary invoicing or paperwork Unloading deliveries from delivery lorries Assisting with the distribution of goods throughout the warehouse Performing warehouse cleaning duties if necessary To be successful in this warehouse position , you will ideally have: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment; The ability to follow both written and verbal instructions; The ability to using picking machines in warehouses and manually pick items; The ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
