Senior Resident Involvement Officer

We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in East London , who are recruiting for a Senior Resident Involvement Officer on a nine to twelve months Fixed Term Contract . The position is due to start immediately, and the annual salary is negotiable between £39,000 to £44,000 The role offers a hybrid working pattern of 2 days per week from home , and 3 days in the office. The ideal candidate will have a basic DBS certificate and have proven experience of resident engagement duties. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Managing and delivering resident engagement activities with leaseholders for improvement and redevelopment projects Providing resident involvement advice to stakeholders and promoting customer involvement opportunities Organising and recording outcomes of local customer meetings and events Drafting board papers, supporting resident chairs in meetings, and ensuring accurate minutes and follow-up actions Resolving customer issues and complaints, liaising with the Complaints Resolution team as needed Experience required: Experience required in co-chairing meetings Knowledge on Tenancy Satisfaction Measures Experience working with customers within housing Working hours: 35 hours per week Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
