If you've got experience in structural packages or have worked for a specialist frame subcontractor , this could be a standout next move for you. Location: Oxfordshire Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor Business: Tier 1 Main Contractor Sector: Specialist Works (Structural & Infrastructure) Project 1: A £100m high-spec research facility , setting new standards in design, sustainability, and tech integration. Project 2: A £1BN flagship science and healthcare campus — one of the largest of its kind in the UK. Key Responsibilities: Lead on client change control and maximise project value Manage monthly valuations and ensure timely certification Forecast labour, plant, and materials for allocated work sections Take ownership of subcontractor packages – steel, civils, earthworks, utilities Drive commercial performance while maintaining excellent relationships across project teams This isn’t just another QS role — it’s a chance to be part of something globally significant, working for a contractor that’s independent, people-focused , and offers exceptional long-term opportunities .
