Job Description Job Description Clean Room Production Operators Location: New Oxford, PA 17350 Full-Time | 1st shift- 6am-2:30pm / 2nd shift 2:30pm-10pm (Training provided) This is a 6-month contract position with the potential to convert to a permanent role for the right candidate. A pay rate increase is offered upon conversion. The Production Operator will be responsible for providing the products in the requested quantity, quality and time limit based on the orientations set by the shift leader / team leader. Main Responsibilities & Tasks: Realize the production rates given by the shift leader / team leader Realize and control all his production operations with the requested quality, while respecting performance constraints and requirements (safety, security and environment) Know and follow the safety rules related to equipment and people Report with rigor and precision of their production to the shift leader / team leader Ensure the cleanliness and permanent storage of the work environment Qualification & Skills: Reading calculations and simple operations Knowledge of materials, products, equipment and associated processes Excellent knowledge of quality, safety, security and environment standards & procedures Transmission of available information on his scope of work Reporting to the shift leader / team leader Communicates orally and / or in writing while passing instructions Team spirit Whether you're experienced in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or quality operations — or looking to grow into a life sciences career — This could be the place for you .
