We are seeking a Production Assistant to join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across project coordination, logistics, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities: Freight Coordination: Schedule, track, and manage inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and accuracy. Communicate with freight carriers and maintain detailed records. Shop Drawing Coordination: Review and manage shop drawings with customers for accuracy and approval. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on project specifications. Project Fabrication Coordination: Work closely with shop workers to schedule and track project fabrication timelines. Ensure all materials and specifications are available and communicated effectively. Inventory Management: Conduct monthly inventory checks, track materials, and maintain accurate records to ensure supply levels meet production demands. Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, documentation management, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
