Education – Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Construction Technology, Structural Engineering, or a related field ????️ Experience – Minimum 3 years working with Revit/BIM in a structural or industrial construction setting; wood frame/post-frame knowledge highly preferred ???? Collaboration Skills – Comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders ???? Analytical Mindset – Natural problem solver who balances innovation with precision ????
