Job Description Job Description Business Development Intern Location: Herndon, Virginia Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to join our team. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in telecommunication business development, customer relationship management, and market analysis, supporting our team in executing key account strategies and business initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Assist the team in managing assigned customer accounts, supporting relationship maintenance and coordination activities. Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and pipeline reports. Participate in solution research to support the team in addressing customer needs, coordinating with internal teams (technical support, pricing, legal) as needed. Assist in tracking sales performance, key initiatives, and strategic objectives for assigned accounts. Support the team in contract documentation preparation, basic review, and process coordination. Research industry trends and customer insights to support business planning. Assist in internal coordination across different time zones, ensuring smooth progress of daily tasks and projects. Complete other assigned tasks as directed by the team leader. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (Business, International Trade, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related disciplines preferred). Strong interest in telecommunications, business development, and global markets. Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese Strong teamwork, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing tasks, and work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
