The HR Administrative Officer permanent position is based in Meylan, (Grenoble). YOUR ROLE As part of Human resources team, you provide essential administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Department. ✓ HR Administration o Prepare and update employment contracts and maintain employee records o Track absences, sick leaves, and manage insurance registrations o Keep HR databases and EESDB data up to date ✓ Training Coordination o Organize internal training sessions and maintain accurate records o Support documentation for external training providers o Assist in tracking and reporting training KPIs ✓ Recruitment & Onboarding o Draft and publish job postings aligned with employer branding o Support administrative steps of hiring, onboarding, and offboarding o Communicate employee arrivals and departures ✓ Compliance & Legal o Monitor compliance with French labor laws and coordinate medical visits o Record and manage work accidents and related documentation ✓ General HR Support o Handle document scanning, archiving, and classification o Contribute to audit readiness and HR KPI updates ✓ Payroll & Compensation o Prepare and transmit payroll elements to the provider o Support payroll-related queries and track on-call hours YOUR PROFILE ✓ Bachelor degree in Human Resources (BAC2/3) ✓ Professional experience > 3 years as HR Coordinator or Assistant ✓ Excellent organizational skills ✓ Strong interpersonal skills ✓ Discreet and trustworthy ✓ Good command of excel ✓ English Level C1 & French fluency YOUR BENEFITS ✓ Flexible working hours ✓ Bonuses ✓ Meal vouchers ✓ Bike allowance Interested?
