You will engage in a dynamic environment as part of a growth-oriented team. You will help with financial performance reporting, including redesigning the master data maintenance process. You will support contract preparations and aid in negotiations and amendments. You will assist in the annual budgeting and pricing round Who we are looking for: You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or IT-related fields. You bring initial experience in the manufacturing industry or consulting, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or data management-related fields. You possess a basic understanding of financial principles, contract management, and the pharmaceutical industry landscape. You have strong knowledge in financial modeling and analysis software (e.g., MS Excel, Power BI); familiarity with database management software is a plus. You are fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus. You exhibit strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. You have financial analysis and reporting skills, a basic understanding of data management, and strong communication and interpersonal abilities. You demonstrate empathy, cross-cultural understanding, and basic negotiation skills.
