What’s in it for you: The chance to shape a brand-new role and make it your own Join a well-established and growing business in the beauty space Hybrid working based in the South East Opportunity to travel internationally A supportive, down-to-earth team culture where your voice matters What you’ll be doing: Sourcing and selecting a wide range of beauty, cosmetics, and personal care products Building and maintaining relationships with global suppliers and partners Negotiating prices, terms, and contracts to secure the best value Keeping on top of market trends and identifying emerging product opportunities Collaborating closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, and logistics Attending international trade shows and supplier visits We’re looking for someone who: Has proven experience in a buying or procurement role – ideally within Beauty, Cosmetics & Personal Care.
