The role involves leading a team, ensuring quality standards, and managing day-to-day production requirements. You'll be responsible for guiding staff, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, and ensuring production targets are achieved efficiently. It's an excellent opportunity for someone with leadership experience in manufacturing or production environments.
