Job Description

Administrator Location: Office-based Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:15 am 4:45pm Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time Were supporting a well-established business based in Leamington that supplies specialist equipment to the manufacturing sector. Theyre now looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join their friendly team. This is a varied position combining customer service with internal administrative support, working closely with colleagues across the UK and internationally. Responsibilities of an Administrator: Youll play a central role in the smooth running of operations, delivering excellent service to customers while ensuring internal teams have the support they need. Typical duties include: Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels Providing administrative support to colleagues in the UK and abroad Organising logistics for machinery dispatch and delivery Processing spares enquiries and orders Coordinating schedules and supporting team workflows Maintaining accurate records and managing internal data systems Requirements of an Administrator: Were keen to hear from candidates who thrive in a busy, varied environment and enjoy helping both customers and colleagues. The ideal candidate will bring: Experience with SAP and/or CRM systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask Adaptability and a positive, can-do approach INDL
