Fit Out Engineer

Fit Out Technician | City of London | Monday to Friday (8am-5pm) Building Fit Out | Installations | Projects £55,000/annum bonus | Exceptional client-side benefits | Client Side 13 Month Fixed-Term-Contract GH Engage are currently seeking an experienced Fit Out Engineer with a background in plumbing, or mechanical or electrical engineering. As a Fit-Out Technician, you will support the Fit-out Supervisor in managing tenant and landlord fit-out projects, ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and service. Duties as Fit Out Technician: You will work closely with tenants, contractors, and consultants to monitor works on landlord plant and equipment, including electrical, mechanical, water treatment, and HVAC systems. Review contractor and tenant risk assessments and method statements, monitor permits to work, and control access to plant areas. Monitoring tenant fit-out works, identifying any potential impacts on the base build infrastructure. Carry out fault-finding, diagnostics, and rectification on HVAC and other building systems, ensuring all works are completed to the highest standards. Fit Out Technician Package: Salary: £55,000 5% Bonus (£2,250) Monday to Friday; 8 am to 5 pm. HVAP or Mechanical AP is preferable but not essential. Proficient in the use of CAFM systems to complete reactive work orders. Experience of working in engineering teams and or fit out teams.
