Job Description
Qualification Matric Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans Professional appearance and demeaner Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Duties Greet visitors, answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and ensure a positive first impression for visitors. Keep internal contact and employee birthdays list up to date. Handle queries related to new and existing cellphone contracts. Manage grocery orders and ensure their timely distribution. Coordinate courier services. Assist with import documentation as required. Maintain a neat and organized reception area. Order, maintain, and distribute printing and stationary supplies. Filing of daily delivery notes and invoices Support the bank audit process by assisting with documentation. Provide general office support to employees as needed
