Job Description The S&OP Manager (EMEA) will lead the supply & operations planning function to provide accurate and timely forecasts (across a multi-site operation), optimising inventory levels and ensuring alignment with business and customer objectives. The S&OP Manager will lead by example, with strong leadership and analytical skills and passion to drive a culture of continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include: Manage the EMEA forecast / demand process. Oversee EMEA inventory levels (across all regions) to ensure alignment with demand forecasts, production schedules and customer service requirements. Contribute to the development, implementation and delivery of strategic objectives and initiatives for the S&OP (incl. IBP as required), Operations & SCM organisation. Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement. Build and develop a high-performing S&OP team. Ensure compliance with all business policies and regulatory requirements. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or applicable related subject. Significant 'senior level' experience in supply planning and operations management within a fast-paced, multi-site 'manufacturing' environment. Strong analytical, decision-making and communication/presentation skills; with a working knowledge of statistics and financial operations. Proficient with supply planning software (incl. SAP), with 'advanced' Excel skills. A proven ability to: Lead, develop and manage teams effectively (across EMEA). Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (internal & external). Manage multiple priorities within a dynamic environment and deliver to agreed deadlines. Positively influence change and promote / deliver a culture of continuous improvement.
