Plumber Estimator

PW are looking for a skilled and motivated Plumbing & Heating Estimator in Kent to work closely with our Contracts Director and Commercial Director. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business and play a key role in supporting our projects and operations. If you are not an estimator but you have relevant experience please apply! Key Responsibilities: Estimating the supply and fit of plumbing and heating installations for new build properties Preparing and forming drawing packs Inputting labour prices accurately Managing drawing amendments and changes Preparing warranty packs Handling health and safety documentation General administrative tasks What we’re looking for: Extensive plumbing knowledge and hands-on experience Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications with confidence Excellent computer skills and attention to detail A proactive, enthusiastic approach with a willingness to grow within the business Remuneration & Benefits: Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum (Depending on experience) Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (1 hour lunch) 28 days paid holiday (including bank holidays) Workplace pension scheme free parking This role is being handled by Haroun, PW Construction Recruitment.
