Work type: contract (hybrid) Location: Chiswick, London Target start date: ASAP Payrate: TBC (PAYE or Umbrella, inside IR35) Client: world-leading entertainment conglomerate Position Overview: The Compensation Programmes Manager will be a key member of the Global Reward Team. This role will report to the Director, International Compensation Programmes. The team is responsible for international design and implementation of programmes and projects with a global scope and all regional compensation projects which cross more than one region within International. Responsibilities: Support or lead on the compensation projects that impact multiple international regions, which include LATAM, EMEA and APAC. Currently including, but not limited to: Work closely with the wider Global Compensation Team and the Director Intl Comp Programmes, to manage the annual compensation planning process across International. Design and communicate processes for the international region in conjunction with the Global Compensation Team and P&C Operations. Build project plans to ensure clear communications to all stakeholders such as Regional C&B teams and P&C partners. Ensure the data auditing, system testing and administration is managed effectively by the TR Ops team for International. Manage the end of process activities including planning audits, statement generation, payroll files and post planning audit requests. Build of bespoke planning and reporting tools as required for Chairman, International Lead on various analytical projects, including the company’s preparation for EU Pay Transparency Project Management and coordination of required company data inputs Build out analysis templates and models to support the assessment of our position on gender pay across International Manage stakeholder updates and presentations, draft communication materials, and ensure project collateral shared with the relevant teams. Point person for EU Pay Transparency for Regional C&B teams and P&C partners. Partner closely with the Global Compensation Team to ensure alignment between US and International on all compensation plans, programmes and projects. Ensure the Regional C&B Teams are kept up to date on changes made to global compensation plans and programmes. Manage a regular cycle of Project status updates for Regional C&B Teams Create International compensation guidelines, resources and tools to support the team and P&C Partners. Act as integration point between regional compensation teams and global compensation projects team to ensure regional requirements are understood and considered during design and implementation of new compensation programmes. Partner with the US Direct to Consumer (DTC) Comp Leads providing insight and analysis on International DTC trends. Review the International operating model with key stake holders to ensure we have a streamlined and efficient processes in place. Support the Director, Intl Comp Programmes as needed on any ad hoc projects. Requirements: Organisation & Delivery: Strong organisational skills with proven ability to multi-task and self-prioritise as needed, with a willingness to adapt quickly where priorities change. Project Management & Delivery: Proven track record of delivering projects across multiple markets using sound project management techniques. Ability to lead multiple projects/tasks concurrently, prioritising and delegating effectively. Knowledge: Experience of compensation methodologies, programmes and processes such as job architecture design and implementation, variable compensation administration, benchmarking, use of market data, annual rewards processes. Advance Microsoft excel knowledge with strong skills in other, MS office programmes, including Word and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Workday is preferable. Stakeholder Management: Ability to quickly build robust relationships with stakeholders and to effectively influence others and manage conflict. Collaboration: A global ‘one team’ mindset to support collaborative working across the team with a willingness to both take a lead or support role as appropriate for the situation. Communication: Strong communication skills, delivering complex messages and concepts in a clear and engaging way, tailoring their communication style effectively to their audience.
