Product Manager

Reed have partnered with a Global Engineering business in the Newport valleys who have undergone a substantial, and exciting amount of growth. They have a brand-new Product Manager role they're looking to add to their new and developing Product Management Function. This is an opportunity for a strategic and driven Product Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of a specialised product portfolio. Day-to-day of the role: Develop and manage the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with the company's overall vision and business objectives. Lead cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, and supply chain, to ensure effective execution of product requirements. Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to guide product development and positioning. Manage the product development lifecycle from concept through to launch, ensuring all products meet quality standards and customer expectations. Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and integrate insights into product enhancements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Product Design, or related field. At least 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a manufacturing or product development setting. Strong understanding of product development processes and ability to lead cross-functional projects.
