AMR Solutions Engineer

AMR Solutions Engineer This is a technical and customer-facing role that focuses on introducing and supporting AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) products and solutions for overseas markets . Ideal candidates would be those who have experience in AMR/AGV deployment, technical support, and pre-sales engineering . We also welcome anyone with a good technical background and experienced in automation, robotics, or project management skills . Responsibilities: Introduce the company's AMR products and solutions to overseas customers and integrators. Provide technical support, training, and guidance on AMR products and solutions for international clients. Engage in pre-sales communication and develop customized AMR plans based on customer needs. Deliver on-site technical support, including deployment, maintenance, debugging, and troubleshooting of AMR/AGV systems. Manage project implementation, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction. Requirements : Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Automation, or a related field . 3 years of work experience , preferably in the AMR, robotics, or automation industry . Strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving ability, and a structured work approach. High stress resistance, passion for technology, and outstanding communication & presentation skills.
