Freelance Site Manager - Luxury Housing North Yorkshire 6-7 Month Contract | ASAP Start Competitive Day Rate | CIS or Ltd I'm working with a well-established residential developer looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join the team and take the lead on the final phase of a high-spec housing development. This is a great opportunity to step into a well-run project and see it through to completion, delivering beautifully built, luxury homes to an exceptional standard. What you'll be doing: Managing day-to-day site activity and ensuring smooth progress through to handover Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality across the site Driving the programme and reporting to senior management Ensuring a professional, clean finish on all remaining plots What you'll need: Proven experience managing housing sites, ideally with a focus on high-end or bespoke units A strong eye for detail and a hands-on approach to site management SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (in-date) Immediate availability and the ability to hit the ground running This role is ideal for a confident, quality-focused Site Manager who can take ownership of a project and get the job done with minimal supervision.
