Estimator

An opportunity has arisen for a qualified Surveyor/Estimator to join a well-established and specialist Property Services team. The role focuses on insurance loss repairs and reinstatement projects following fire, flood, water damage, and more, across domestic, residential, commercial, educational, and industrial buildings. Key Responsibilities: * Pricing and estimating for projects (£10k–£500k) * Site and drawing measurements * Preparing and negotiating quotations, valuations, and final accounts * Managing subcontractor orders, payments, and variations * Providing commercial support across project delivery What We’re Looking For: * Commercially minded team player with relevant experience * Sound knowledge of JCT contracts, building regs, and construction processes * Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. * Ideally holds a professional qualification * Must be based within 1 hour of Gloucester and willing to travel to sites, office, and work from home as needed Package Includes: Negotiable salary, car/allowance, fuel card, private health cover (for employee & spouse), pension, life insurance, and paid holidays
