Compliance Administrator Havant Part Time – 5pm – 8pm (Mon – Fri) Temp - Perm Join the forefront of the green energy revolution! My client is a leading provider of energy efficiency solutions, specialising in delivering sustainable insulation services under the Great Britain Insulation Scheme. Their mission is to help homeowners reduce their carbon footprint, improve energy efficiency, and lower energy costs. Role Overview: I am seeking a meticulous and proactive Administrator to join the team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that all “Qualifying Packs” submitted under the scheme meet regulatory standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about sustainable energy and detail-oriented processes. Key Responsibilities: * Compliance Checks: Review and verify “Qualifying Packs” to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to government and scheme regulations. * Data Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain compliance data in CRM systems. * Quality Assurance: Identify discrepancies, missing documentation, or errors and liaise with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues promptly. * Communication: Collaborate with installers, contractors, and other team members to facilitate smooth operations and adherence to compliance standards. About You: To excel in this role, you will bring: * Attention to Detail: Proven ability to manage and review large volumes of documentation with accuracy. * Administrative Skills: Strong organisational and time-management skills, with experience in an administrative or data-focused role. * Communication: Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills. * Tech Savviness: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Sales force, Spotio, Pas-hub, ECMK familiarity with database systems. * Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. * Resilience Under Pressure: Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining accuracy, composure and meeting tight deadlines. * Passion for Sustainability: Interest in eco-energy, environmental initiatives, or sustainability is a plus. Requirements: * Previous experience in an administrative, compliance, or quality assurance role preferred. * Understanding of government schemes, particularly in energy efficiency or housing, is an advantage.
