Summary: The Logistics Analyst is accountable for the timely execution of operational responsibilities essential to logistics support. Key functions encompass scheduling, maintenance, and comprehensive follow-up throughout the entirety of the supply chain process, ensuring that loads are picked up and delivered punctually. The Logistics Analyst will address transportation issues related to timely deliveries and will facilitate support for the Sales Operations and Planning (SO&P) processes across all NCAM locations, collaborating closely with the designated Operations Team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prompts execute collections and deliveries according to the needs and plans. Assist in the creation of SOPs for collections and deliveries in the region. Ensure loads are shipped and delivered on time, ensuring the correct PODs uploaded by Third Party LSP are in Freightview TMS. Assist depots with queries they may have related to collections/deliveries. Ensure the transporeon data entered by LSPs is accurate. Keep planning controls of deliveries and collections updated Maintain SAP entries related to customers, consignee operations, and inventories accurately. Be constantly apprised of economic and business situations as they affect procurement policies and strategies. Assist on ad-hoc reporting matters or any other assigned task. Work closely with freight forwarders and steamship lines to ensure on-time scheduling and pickup of container imports and exports Control the Imports/Exports from MX to overseas. Create import/export documentation as needed Schedule truckload and LTL shipments as needed to support Mexico logistics operation. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required: High School diploma or GED. Excellent analytical & communication skills. Fluent English, spoken and written.
