Handyperson Job Type: Contract - Immediate start (could lead to permanent) Start date: Immediate Industry: Maintenance Location: Cramlington Salary: £13.94 - £15.62 per hour JOB DESCRIPTION: My client who are an exciting Facilities Management company are looking for a Handyperson to work on a large commercial building in Cramlington. They are looking for an experienced Handyperson who has ideally worked in a previous maintenance role and has PPM experience. The role will involve basic maintenance tasks around site. This is a great opportunity with the opportunity to progress. Although initially temporary this could lead to permanent for the right candidate. This role is working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday. Standard hours are 8.30am - 5pm. Daily responsibilities will include: Planned and preventative maintenance Looking after the fabric of the building including: Minor Joinery Minor plastering Painting (touching up) PPM checks, water flushing, fire extinguishers etc Carrying out work safely and efficiently Building relationships with client and contractors on site Requirements for the role Experienced Handyperson PPM experience Multi Skilled Reliable and can work as a team The client is looking for someone as soon as possible for this role.
