Fire Risk Assessor

We are looking for a Fire Risk Assessor who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. As the Fire Risk Assessor , you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Fire Risk Assessor to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. The Fire Risk Assessor, will be responsible for: * Carry out comprehensive fire risk assessments (FRAs) across a wide range of sites. * Produce high-quality FRA reports that are compliant with relevant legislation and tailored to client needs. * Use a mobile app on a tablet or smartphone to conduct assessments efficiently on-site. * Liaise regularly with office-based staff to coordinate assessment data and ensure timely report completion. * Travel extensively, including overnight stays when required, to complete site inspections across different regions. * Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner while on client premises. * Manage time and workload effectively, ensuring assessments are completed within agreed timescales and standards. To be successful for this Fire Risk Assessor role you must have: * A NEBOSH Fire Certificate (full) or equivalent recognised fire safety qualification. * Demonstrated experience in conducting fire risk assessments and producing detailed, compliant reports. * A qualification in Health and Safety is advantageous. * Full UK driving licence – essential due to the mobile nature of the role. * Strong attention to detail with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team. * Comfortable with regular travel and conducting surveys on a variety of client sites. * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and represent the company professionally.
