Contracts Manager – Bristol Up to £75,000 Car Allowance Package | Regional Building Contractor | Bristol & Surrounding Areas We’re working with a well-established regional building contractor based in the South West, who are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple live projects across Bristol, Somerset and Gloucestershire . This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected name in the industry – known for delivering design & build projects in sectors including education, healthcare, commercial, and residential, with values typically ranging from £2m to £15m . As Contracts Manager, you’ll take overall responsibility for the safe, timely and profitable delivery of 2–4 live projects, ensuring each scheme runs smoothly from pre-construction through to completion and handover. You’ll work closely with site teams, the commercial department, and key clients, acting as a senior leader in the business.
