Legal Counsel (Commercial Contracts & Data Centre Services) London based | Hybrid Working Are you a commercially minded legal professional with a passion for working on complex, high-value contracts across multiple jurisdictions? A leading global provider of integrated facilities and project services is seeking a talented Legal Counsel to join its dynamic EMEA legal team. About the Role As Legal Counsel, you'll play a key role supporting a growing Data Centre Services division across EMEA. This is a hands-on, business-facing role that requires a pragmatic, solution-driven legal professional who can advise on a full range of legal and risk issues throughout the contract lifecycle. Working closely with senior stakeholders across legal, commercial, and operational teams, you'll be responsible for negotiating and drafting complex outsourcing and facilities management agreements, preparing Local Country Agreements under global frameworks, and navigating legal nuances across different jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice on high-value commercial outsourcing and project services agreements. Draft and negotiate client-facing contracts and Local Country Agreements (LCAs). Advise on key legal risks in areas such as governance, insurance, pricing, and employment law. Support business development and bid teams with contract reviews, risk assessments, and approvals. Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-border teams to ensure contract alignment and compliance. Provide ad hoc legal support for queries, disputes, and day-to-day operational issues. Deliver training sessions to commercial teams on contract and legal processes. What We're Looking For Qualified solicitor (England & Wales or EMEA jurisdiction) with minimum 3 years’ PQE. Strong commercial contracts experience – in-house or private practice. Skilled in negotiation, stakeholder management, and risk analysis. Comfortable operating in fast-paced, multinational environments. Knowledge of facilities management, project services, or data centre industries is a plus.
